A: Rent may only be paid by personal check, certified check, money order or credit card to the community’s leasing office or website when due.
A: Our community provides on-site maintenance services. To arrange for maintenance during regular office hours, the resident must contact the leasing office. We also offer after-hours emergency maintenance service.
A: As a courtesy to our residents, animals, pets or aquariums are not permitted. Only animals assisting disabled or handicapped persons are allowed.
A: Our community offers assistance to residents by providing a list of potential roommates.
A: Lease-by-the-bedroom means each bedroom in an apartment has a separate lease agreement. Each resident is only responsible for the rent on their leased bedroom. The resident is only responsible for damages in their bedroom and all roommates are equally responsible for common area damage.
A: An upfront fee required to reserve a bedroom in the community.
A: All applicants must provide a qualified guarantor/sponsor.
A: We strongly recommend that the resident secure their own insurance to protect against all of the above occurrences.
A: According to the lease agreement, there is no release of a resident. However, at a management’s discretion, another qualified applicant may take over the remainder of your lease.
